D. Tyler Hindermann, Vice President

Mr. Hindermann is responsible for the new business development efforts, including the sales and relationship development efforts. Mr. Hindermann brings extensive sales experience to the agency. He has over seventeen years of sales experience in financial services and has been responsible for client development and relationship management in the compensation and benefit consulting, insurance, and real estate fields.

Specifically, he has concentrated on business development in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit plans, including base, variable and long-term compensation, qualified and non-qualified retirement, health and welfare, and other benefit plans. He also has experience with organizational change and communication consulting.
