Mr. Hansen has the responsibility of pursuing, analyzing and formulating the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Hansen oversees all aspects of The Baker Companies' compensation and benefit services, which include the analysis, design, funding, implementation and servicing of both qualified and non-qualified plans for corporate clients. Throughout his sixteen years with The Baker Companies, Mr. Hansen has been involved with sales, marketing and consulting in the corporate arena in the U.S., Canada and internationally.

Mr. Hansen is widely recognized for his expertise in the non-qualified, executive benefit arena. He has extensive knowledge of executive benefits and of the financial implications of those benefits on organizations. This comprehensive understanding ensures proper and integrated benefit plan funding, implementation, and administration for corporate clients across all services provided by The Baker Companies.
